Dwayne Spencer

Chef Dwayne Spencer began his culinary career in 1993 when he joined the culinary staff at the Hotel Hershey. During the past 18 years he has graced restaurants with his skill, passion, and knowledge of the culinary arts, including the Accomac Inn, Tangerine (a Stephen Starr restaurant in Philadelphia), Bent Creek Country Club, Strawberry Hill, and most recently Haydn Zug’s of East Petersburg, where he was Executive Chef.

He has been featured in many articles, including Susquehanna Style Magazine. He has Also won many achievements, such as 3 First Place awards from Harrisburg’s “Art of Food” Competition and a Bronze Medal in the A.C.F. Culinary Salon Competition.
